We at Tyréns take responsibility for the total
performance of a project with the right function and quality within
defined time and cost constraints. Project management is the
catch-all function in which a project is to be organised, managed
and lead. At Tyréns we also include design management,
construction management and installation coordination as parts of
the project management field.
In an ongoing development effort we integrate our skills within
industrialised building/construction, lean-thinking and BIM
(Building Information Modelling) into Tyréns' project
management methodology. When applying the lean-philosophy in the
project management we achieve a resource-saving performance with
clear structure. And, the project framework utilises all the
engagement and skills of the participants. Through project planning
in a 3D model we can make time simulations and cost estimations
which eliminate design errors and collisions. We encompass a time
and cost-effective planning process.
