We have considered the environmental issue as our particular challenge for a long time. That is why we focus on solutions that will reduce the amount of CO2 emissions in our new strategic plan. We view the environmental issue as a real possibility and we know that we will have to live up to the constantly increasing level of ambition that are sprouting from both new laws and from the general opinion, as well as from our own ambitions.
At Tyréns we are convinced that we need to head the change in the business. Our engineers and employees will be the heroes of the projects that will come of it in order to point the changes occurring in products and working processes in the right direction.
We are the ones who will be delivering the solutions for the future, and we are the ones who will have to face and predict the increasingly high requirements that our clients will ask of our business. That is why it is so important, now more than ever, to keep our curiosity alive. The best way possible for us to face the future is to support and nurture our employees’ curiosity. We will need a healthy dose of it if we hope to create and enter the areas that will open up along the way, using the basic adjustment of the community as a whole that the climate issue will demand.
