Project management means that we take responsibility for the complete implementation of a project, all the way through to the correct function and quality, within set cost and time frameworks. This is the general function within which projects are to be organised, managed and led. Over the years, Tyréns has developed a view of project management which also includes project planning management, construction management and installation coordination.
As part of our ongoing development work, we are integrating our knowledge of industrialised construction, lean thinking and BIM (Building Information Modelling) in the Tyréns project management methodology. By applying the reasoning behind lean philosophy, we are achieving more resource-efficient project implementation, with a clear structure and a project organisation that makes the most of the commitment and expertise of everyone involved. Project planning using 3D modelling is allowing us to achieve a project planning process efficient in terms of both time and cost, eliminating project planning errors and providing an opportunity for time simulations, as well as cost estimates directly from the 3D model.
