    Väven Cultural Centre in Umeå has won the Kasper Salin Prize, Sweden’s most prestigious architectural prize. Tyréns’ consultants were responsible for the geotechnical aspects, structural engineering and acoustics.

    The European CEO of the Year awards ceremony at the Association for Consultancy and Engineering in London saw many awards presented to managers within the consulting sector. Tyréns board member Mårten Lindström received a Lifetime Achievement award.

    Scot Parkhurst appointed Managing Director of Tyréns UK

    Tyréns is continuing to expand outside the region. Now the company has hired Scot Parkhurst as the new Managing Director of its UK business. Scot has a long experience of the British engineering consultancy market and will be working to expand the business with Tyréns’ British subsidiary AKT II and new partners.
